Hey My Strawberries !!! I hope you are well and if not, I hope that today’s topic will help you get better.
As you will have seen in the title we will talk about staying positive.
I know it’s easier said than done, but we’re here to learn and feel better.
According to my relatives I am often positive, when we find ourselves in a bad situation I will try to draw the positive or to come up with a bad joke to relax the atmosphere.
Actually I am often negative ( Especially to me ) but I rarely show it.
I often say positive things to help others but I am overwhelmed by the situation.
People don’t usually like to be with negative people, ( even if they can be too ) often it is said that the negative brings negative so it may be for that.
I think this sentence is true in the sense that when I wake up thinking that this day is going to be catastrophic, it is automatically.
But when I get up all cheerful my day goes well.
Maybe I didn’t convince you but try once and when during your day some things go wrong try to find the positive in it.
Example: You are in a good mood, you have been productive all day and when you come back in the evening the elevator is down 😨
THE DRAMA!
But that was the old you.
Now you will say that it is an opportunity to play sports or meet your neighbors who find themselves in the same situation as you.
I know it’s not a good example because if I had to climb all the floors to get home I would literally be dying.
But we stay positive !!!
In general I compare my situation to people who live worse to relativize, you can test but it is true that it does not take away what you feel.
Every pain is unique to everyone.
That’s why I don’t like the phrase «There is worse in life», yes maybe there is worse but there is better too
and we must not trivialize feelings because of this sentence.
It is a long work on oneself to be positive constantly, I myself have not arrived at that.
But the fact of wanting to change this trait ( to be negative ) with us is really a good thing.
So we’ll take a few moments to congratulate ourselves on our progress. 👏👏👏
Once it is done we will look for methods to be positive and I have some tips for you.

- If you are negative it will not change anything at all while at least if you are positive your mood and your day will be better.
- Try to start your day with something you like to do. You can even change your alarm and put on your favorite music to start your day with music rather than an unpleasant ringtone.
- Make a gratitude journal.Remembering the good things in your life instead of the bad ones will help you feel better.
- Remember that when you focus on the good, the good gets better.
- If you have positive energy you will always attract positive outcomes.
- And finally try to meditate or pray in the morning. It’s so soothing and it really helps to feel better.
