Toxic Relationship

  • You can’t change someone who doesn’t see an issue in his actions.

You too have been surrounded by bad people, friends and family.

The bad entourage when it is the family is more complicated to take a step back ( an article on the family will soon arrive ) 

This bad entourage may be with you right now but you may not realize it.

Or if you realize it you will surely find it difficult to make the step to stop this toxic relationship.

In friendship the bad entourage can be a factor on our personality and our way of growing ( especially when we are young )

I used to hang out with these girls who tended to remark on my physical appearance.

It was always passive aggressive remarks that always gave me a moral blow.

Don’t worry, I very quickly stopped my friendship with them. It was easier than I thought.

We tend to believe that it is hard, even if it is a little hard once it is done we feel much better in our life, in our body and mentally.

Sometimes we prefer to stay with our people rather than be alone.

But believe me it’s not the solution. Toxic relationships whether in love or friendship slowly destroys you.

I will give you some advice because a bad entourage can be a real handicap in everyday life. 

     

      1. Stop making excuses for them ! Stop seeing the good in them, especially when they harm your mental health.

      1. Do not settle for the way you are treated. You are surrounded and if it is important to be surrounded for you, you will settle for the way these people treat you. While it should not, you deserve so much more and that you must realize.

      1. Spot the little red flags in the relationship, it can be the remarks, how the person will treat you with the world around, how the person talks about you to people. Gathering all this together will allow you to see clearly if the person is good for you.

      1. Protect your peace of mind!! Look back and realize all the anguish, stress, sadness you’ve had because of these people. Imagine you without all these people who are causing you these emotions. Your mind will feel much better.

      1.  If you forgive once, the person may take you for granted and will continue to treat you poorly. I’m not telling you not to forgive because forgiveness is very important, but just don’t forget. Try to distance yourself and give the person time to think about their mistakes. Maybe they will never realize the harm they are doing to you, but at least it will make you realize that these people are not good for you.

      1. Don’t feel guilty about distancing yourself. Your well-being is more important

      1. Really took your distance, no more calls, no more messages, no more last chance you had already given enough.

    If people don’t realize how lucky they are to have you in their lives, you can’t do anything about it. Even with all the efforts of the world. So you have to protect yourself first and not be surrounded by these negative people.
