‘‘ Learn to be alone, because not everyone will stay. ”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you lose friends whether it is several or the only friend you have, you find yourself alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often we are afraid to be alone, that’s why we tolerate the behavior of toxic people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eating alone in the canteen was my biggest phobia, so I preferred to stay with people who didn\u2019t deserve my friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back, I certainly should have eaten alone\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you think about it, many people see in a bad way the fact of being alone and yet you can just want to stay alone to preserve your tranquility or learn to reconnect with yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I learned a lot by spending more time with myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We should not be embarrassed to go to the cinema, eat in a restaurant or just eat in the canteen alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not weird, it\u2019s a choice like any other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if most of the time we do not find ourselves eating in the canteen alone by choice, WHATEVER!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is better to be alone than badly accompanied<\/strong> and believe me I have often been badly accompanied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The human being often has the habit of feeling superior by being in a group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is this feeling of superiority that engenders a confidence in them that they will not necessarily have by being alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why bullies will always have their herds of sheep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, loneliness scared me a lot in my early teenage years. I wanted to quickly find a group of friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the me of now could advise the me of before I would tell her [ and I tell you if you are in the same situation ]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it does not matter to be alone or not to have an incalculable number of friends, sometimes loneliness can be your best friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t know how valuable she can be as a friend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was little my parents told me not to worry if I didn\u2019t have friends on the first day of school, that I would make friends afterwards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But now the advice I\u2019m going to get is:   \u2018\u2019 It\u2019s better not to have friends, focus on your studies. You have seen all the bad experiences you have had, so it is better to be alone. ‘\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s as if the bad experiences I had traumatized my parents as much as I did. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personally it taught me many things and allowed me to grow. The people around us help us to be what we become in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I don\u2019t regret knowing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t know what triggered me to stop worrying about what people think, what sentence, what person allowed me to be like that or even from when I became like that but in any case it is done and I am much happier like that.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have too much tendency to give importance to people\u2019s thoughts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fear of loneliness will be triggered for different reasons depending on the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0The fear of abandonment is also an important factor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is this social pressure that makes us believe that if we are alone we are weird or that something is wrong with us. But I think it\u2019s really important to be content with your own presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong I love my friends and I would always be present for an improvised outing but the difference between the me before and the me now that if I feel that I do not want to go out or not be surrounded by people I will say and simply not go out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prioritize your well-being first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you want to be good and pleasant when you are surrounded by people if you are not well from your state of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018\u2019 Focus on yourself! \u2018\u2019,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

told me my mother. At the beginning I did not understand what she wanted to say but over time I understood that she wanted me to focus on my well being before the well being of others and I know that I am not the only one to do that. At the end of the day we fare with ourselves and it is better to be in good condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The older you grow, the more you realize that it is the closest and faithful friends who will be by your side, unfortunately they will not be as much as you hope. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Could tell you many other things but I will keep the rest for a future article. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you\u2019ll remember the most important thing is your well being, no matter what people think. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
