As the new year approaches, which is in a few hours, I wanted to write you a little article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For some it does not matter because it is just the continuity of the days, for others it is useless to wish to think that we will change just because of a new year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They\u2019re like, \u201cYou\u2019re naive to think it\u2019s going to make a difference, you really think you\u2019re resolutions ? \u201c\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Honestly I think what helps people think that changing years is better for them is hope. Without hope the human being will be lost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We keep hope that the world will be better, we keep hope to be happier, we keep hope that this year will be our year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have resolutions. We have a hard time respecting them, but the adrenaline of a new year makes us think we will keep them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Honestly, I\u2019am the first who had trouble keeping my resolutions, but I love doing it every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes they are different, sometimes they are the same because I did not hold it the previous year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But this year I will succeed in keeping my resolutions! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will succeed in making our resolutions! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We just need motivation and discipline ( I know the hardest things to have in the long term\u00a0 )\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I really think it\u2019s important to keep hoping for a better year next year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is what motivates us to meet our goals at the beginning of the month. We must not be demotivated in view of a big or small event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
People will surely leave your life but it does not matter. People won\u2019t necessarily be there the following year and we just have to learn to live with it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year you have to prioritize your well-being, try to be a better version of yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stay away from toxic people, eat better, play sports and above all, live your life!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t just exist, live! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
